TO CAYUGA AND OSWEGO COUNTY STUDENTS WHO GRADUATE IN THE TOP 20% OF THEIR HIGH SCHOOL CLASS.
Jordan-Elbridge, Red Creek, Skaneateles, Tyburn Academy and Union Springs Academy 91°µÍø are also eligible.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
First-time college 91°µÍø ranked in the top 20% of their HS classes (based on academic performance) from 91°µÍø and Oswego Counties. Recipients must be full time and maintain a 3.0 GPA each semester to remain eligible. Students from Jordan-Elbridge, Red Creek, Skaneateles, Tyburn Academy and Union Springs Academy 91°µÍø are also eligible.

AVAILABILITY
Given limited funds, eligible 91°µÍø may not receive an award.
AMOUNTS AWARDED
NYS resident tuition less Pell, Tap and other Foundation scholarships; books and fees not included; up to four semesters at 91°µÍø. Incoming 91°µÍø who qualify as Presidential Scholars whose tuition and fees are fully funded by Pell and/or TAP are eligible to receive up to $500 per semester through the Presidential Scholar Program.
